If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us right away after your purchase and we will exchange the item or give you a refund. Please see details below:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and arrive in the same condition that you received it. A return request must be made within 5 working days of receiving the item and it should arrive back to us within the next 15 days. Please make sure you use appropriate packaging when shipping back the item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within the next 5 working days.  
We will refund the full price of the item, but we won't refund the shipping charges.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

You can exchange your purchased product for another one with the same price or higher. You can't exchange the product for an item with less value. The products need to meet the conditions (as mentioned in paragraph "Conditions") to be eligible for an exchange.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is for free (you will be refunded) for orders in Ecuador above $39.00.

For orders underneath that value, and for all international orders, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
