Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we are willing to find a solution. Please contact us at email@example.com right away after your purchase and if your request is reasonable and within ours powers, we will do what we can to exchange the item or give you a refund. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Our coverage includes Latin America, North America and Europe. We use international courier with tracking system in order to guarantee the delivery of your purchase. IMPORTANT: Please remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible to pay for.
What´s the estimated delivery time?
Please note that it usually takes 1-2 days for orders to be processed and get out the door. Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic shipping: 1-2 business days
- To Europe: 7-9 business days
- To North and South America: 4-6 working days
- To other countries: 10-12 working days
Will my order be shipped again, if the first shipment cannot be delivered due to an error in the address?
It's the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit due to incorrect shipping information and cannot honor delivery commitments. It is the customers responsibility to re-order the item/s and to cover for the resulting costs of this new order.
Will my order be shipped again, if the first shipment cannot be delivered because there´s no one to receive the package?
In case of international shipping, the local courier will contact the client to coordinate the delivery. For orders delivered inside Ecuador, you must provide an address where you or someone else is able to receive the package between working hours (8am-5pm). If no person is available to sign for the package, it will be shipped back to us and then you will have to pay a second time for its delivery.
