Refund Policy

Note: Before asking for a return please be aware that the handcrafted touch of artisan skill creates variations in color, size and design. If buying two of the same item, slight differences should be expected. Our items are made from genuine leather that can have some markings and characteristics such as color, grain or thickness variations, discolorations or other slight imperfections that make each item one-of-a-kind appearance. Color discrepancies may occur between the product and your computer screen.

  

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we are willing to find a solution. Please contact us right away after your purchase and if your request is reasonable and within ours powers, we will do what we can to exchange the item or give you a refund.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and arrive in the same condition that you received it. A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item and it should arrive back to us within 30 days of your purchase. Please make sure you use appropriate packaging when shipping back the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please send your items back to us via a trackable courier as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged on return shipping.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@hakuleather.com and we will provide with instructions to be followed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
